Terms for using PetFitly.
These terms form an agreement between you and the PetFitly operator. By creating an account, buying Pro, or using cloud services, you accept them. The Privacy Policy also applies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Product information—not veterinary care
PetFitly compares available merchant and label information against supported profile rules. It is not veterinary care, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional prescription, an emergency service, or a guarantee that a product is safe or available. Species-specific nutrition scores currently cover cats and dogs; other species receive label/specification comparison only where supported.
Verify critical facts
Pages, prices, formulations, sizes, and recalls change. Before use, verify ingredients, allergens, life-stage and adequacy statements, dimensions, load limits, lot/UPC, directions, and active recall notices on the package, with the manufacturer, or with a veterinarian. Do not rely on PetFitly for drugs, prescription diets without veterinary direction, supplements, CBD, disease treatment, raw feeding, or live-animal transactions.
Acceptable use and license
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for lawful product comparison. Do not scrape at scale, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass limits, probe security, upload malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service to make automated medical, insurance, credit, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
Merchants and commercial relationships
Merchant sites, manufacturers, Google, Stripe, and linked services have their own terms. PetFitly is not the seller and is not responsible for fulfillment, returns, warranties, merchant content, or third-party outages. Sponsored placements and permitted affiliate links are labeled and do not affect fit, health, or safety scoring.
Pro subscription, renewal, and cancellation
Pro renews automatically at the price and interval shown at Stripe Checkout, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges. Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal or by deleting your account; cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting an account immediately removes cloud access and may end remaining access. Material price changes are disclosed before the next renewal as required by law.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in the Refund Policy. Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, unauthorized billing, or a material technical failure. Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund.
Ownership, feedback, and availability
PetFitly software, branding, and original content belong to the operator or licensors. Merchant names and content belong to their owners. You retain rights in information you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service. Feedback may be used without obligation or identifying you. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harmful use, with notice where practical. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive. Material term changes will receive reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law stated at checkout, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a dispute, contact support@petfitly.app and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Nothing removes rights you cannot waive.
